A Drone Mapping Mission with eBee

You have the main body. First thing we do is clip in the wings. You can tell the wings fully clipped in when it makes that sound. Next, the camera if you want to make sure that the drones on a flat surface so it can fully calibrate lock in on its GPS coordinates. This is a perfect example now the modem connects the PC to the drone. And then lastly we plug in the battery.

Okay, so blue means it's calibrating we now to connect to the emotion software. Then, the light will turn out of a green or red. Green meanings ready to fly. Red meaning there's an issue. There is there'll be a warning message on the emotion software so now the drone is connected we can
plan a flight. Now, we're ready to fly we need to set a few things up in the software firstly the start Waypoint. Secondly, the landing strip. This can be decreased or increased. Finally, the area that you want to map. This shape can be customized to suit your needs. Once, you're happy with the area you need to set a few parameters on the right hand side.  Firstly, the ground resolution and the overlap this affects both the altitude under flight time as 6 centimeters per pixel. We're flying at 194 meters and the flight time of 9 minutes 55 seconds which is well within the battery life.

Once, you're happy you click upload and you're ready to fly first things. First is they get the wind direction you want to ideally throw the drone into the wind. Today, we don't have too much wind so a bit more force when launching so to start the motor you shake the drone free times horizontally what a few seconds for the motor to kick in ready to fly now the drones in flight is fully autonomous. And you can check the progress on the emotion software. So straightaway, you want to take the battery up go for safety and to preserve the battery life so the eBee Ag Drone is easy to disassemble as it is to assemble. We put the modem back we unclip the wings. these slots are nice and easy you take the camera up and then the main body propeller down. We're ready to go.
